Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all designer tags: and garment tags still attached to be eligible for an exchange or return.
During our sale clearance, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
1.) What is your exchange / return policy?
Did we make a mistake? Did you receive the wrong item?
While it's not common, if we sent you the wrong item, size or color we'll be happy to get you the correct item right away. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com You must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange or return.
2.) Did you just change your mind?
If you've changed your mind and no longer want the item(s) you've purchased, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to either exchange your item(s), or provide a store credit.
3.) Does it not fit perfectly?There is always some natural variation in fabrics. However, if the item you ordered does not fit perfectly we’ll be happy to work with you to find the same item in the right size. If we cannot find the right size, you may choose to either exchange for another item of same or lesser value or we will give you store credit for the value of the original item. Contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of the delivery date.
Again, please remember - we cannot exchange or accept returned items that have the tag(s) removed, show signs of wear, wash, damage, smoke exposure, pet hair, etc. The same thing applies if your merchandise arrives to us damaged for one reason or another during transit to us.

4.) If you send back a package without emailing us first we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund.
5.) How do I make a return?
a.) You must contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of the delivery date with the item you want to return along with noting one of the above reasons for the return request.
b.) We will respond to you within 48 hours with a decision on your request including short instructions to complete the case.
c.) You are responsible for returning the items to us in original condition. Remember we cannot exchange or accept returned items that arrive to us damaged for one reason or another during transit to us. So, it is highly recommended that you utilize a reputable shipping service that provides tracking of your package.
d.) You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

6.) Store Credits expire 365 days from the date they are credited to your account.
